 My name is Tim Fetz,

A home inspector that will take " A Closer Look" at your home whether your buying or selling. I realize this is a huge investment so I will take finding any defects or areas of concern as if it were my own. 

I will represent you with integrity and expeditiously render you a clear and concise report of my findings.Your report will be ready the same day via computer and supported with digital pictures. You'll be sent an email notification along with your password so you can veiw, print or forward the report. You can even have a copy sent to your agent if you wish.

I have over 27 years of expereance in the construction/remodeling industry while serving in the U.S. Military. I was trained and cetified as a Home inspector through "Inter-NACHI"(07022713), where I continue to take on line courses to increase my knowledge as an inspector.
